Yes — import duties are the buyer's responsibility and are NOT included in our prices. Rates vary by country: US tariffs, EU VAT, plus local VAT. Australia varies by state. We always declare the accurate commercial value — we do not mark items as gifts.

How much will customs cost me in the USA?

US tariffs: 15% of declared value + 3% DDP fee + MPF 0.3464%. Example: ¥30,000 order (~$198) = approx. $35–45 in total duties. We calculate this for you in every DM quote.

Can items be sent as a gift to avoid customs?

No. We only ship with accurate commercial invoices. Mis-declaring customs values is illegal and puts both parties at risk.

Does Australia have a customs threshold?

Australia charges GST (10%) on imports over AUD $1,000. Orders under this threshold are generally duty-free. However, remote areas (outside major cities) may incur an additional ¥4,200 shipping surcharge.

DHL and FedEx typically deliver in 1–3 business days to most countries. Australia: 3–5 days. Remote areas may take longer. We ship within 48 hours of confirmed payment.

How does PSA grading from Japan work?

You ship your cards to our address in Japan. We professionally sleeve, package and submit them to PSA Japan on your behalf. Once graded, PSA returns the slabs to us and we ship them to you worldwide — fully tracked.

Why is PSA grading from Japan faster and cheaper?

Accepted Answer

Shipping from Japan to PSA Japan is a domestic submission — faster processing and lower internal shipping costs. European and US customers also avoid expensive international return shipping and complex customs paperwork on the graded return.

How long does PSA grading take?

Turnaround depends on PSA's current queue. We will give you an up-to-date estimate when you contact us. Standard service is typically 45–90 days.

Are your products authentic?

100%. All products are purchased directly from official Japanese stores, Pokémon Centers, and authorised distributors. Every item is sealed and authentic. We never sell counterfeits.

Yes — DM us with the product name and we will check availability at our local stores and supplier network. We have access to most Japanese TCG products including Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Fusion World, Weiss Schwarz, and accessories.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
